Just a quick sketch to show that I’m still alive and working after coming back from Toronto!  I had an absolute blast meeting new people, readers of FW, people I only know from their twitter handles and comics, and talking about comics with total strangers! And coming from someone who is easily overwhelmed by social situations, that’s saying a lot!  My arms and legs were happy the con was over when it was (and I was pretty sick of eating hummus) but I would have started again in a heartbeat! So, hey everyone I met at Fan Expo, thanks for picking up my books & prints, it was great, and I will definitely be back again! <3

As for the pic, a lot of people asked me about my process for making the pages, especially since I had original pencils from a few years ago. Although I used to pencil and ink by hand, for the past two years I had been working 100% digital as far as lineart was concerned. Now I’m trying to go back to a mix of the two, but I’m still sketching in Photoshop and this is what it looks like! (Hopefully Kit will derp a bit less in the finished product!) ;)
